Kimberly’s career in real estate began nearly 25 years ago when she graduated from Florida State University with a BS in Management and Marketing. She returned to Washington D.C. and held a variety of positions in relocation management. Kimberly also managed a team focused on selling third-party corporate and bank-owned listings in the Washington D.C. market, one of the largest US markets. She went on to manage operations in the Atlanta office of Prudential Relocation and then moved back to Washington, D.C. to handle the acquisition of Associates Relocation. She then became the Sr. Vice President for the Government Division where she managed the sales, operations and client relations for this division. She then ran a successful consulting firm and real estate investment company. After she herself relocated to the Tampa Bay area she managed the marketing of several residential developments, including design and sales strategy, and a team of agents in on-site sales centers.
Kim’s experience is not limited to residential property as she has also done a fair amount of work in commercial real estate. This includes managing the sales and leasing efforts for a retail shopping center fund buying centers throughout the Southeast. Kim was involved in helping evaluate and investigate properties for fund acquisitions.
In addition to her career, Kim is a mother of three active little boys and manages a successful personal real estate investment portfolio that includes purchasing and remodeling real estate for immediate and long-term investments. All the while, she has made time to serve in her community through volunteerism for organizations such as Habitat for Humanity and the Good Shepherd Day School Board. Currently, Kim is currently serving as Legislative Chair for the Hillsborough County Council PTA/PTSA and as VP of Advocacy for the Roosevelt Elementary School PTA.
While she has a diverse background and a great deal of experience, it is her commitment to high quality service to each and every customer, big and small, in both the commercial and residential markets, that sets her apart from other brokers. Kim established her own boutique firm in 2016 in an effort to ensure that her clients have the best possible real estate experience with a level of commitment and attention to detail that sets new standards in the industry.
